No Attorney-Client Relationship via Website: Contacting us through this site, its forms, email, phone, or AI chat does not create an attorney-client relationship. Do not submit confidential or privileged information unless we expressly agree in writing to represent you.
What We Collect
- You provide: name, email, phone, case notes (forms/triage), scheduling details (Calendly), uploaded documents (if any), and AI chat inputs.
- Technical: IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URLs, coarse location (from IP), cookies/IDs.
- Media/CDN: Images served via Cloudflare Images/CDN.
- Payments: None on this site (unless added; then processed by the payment provider).
How We Use Data
- Respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, and provide requested materials.
- Improve site performance, security, and diagnostics; prevent abuse/fraud.
- Aggregate/anonymous analytics to understand content engagement.
- AI chat/assistants: to generate responses; do not include confidential facts you do not want processed by third parties.
Sharing
- No sale of personal data.
- Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting/CDN/Images), Workers KV, email gateway, Calendly, analytics/metrics, secure file transfer, AI providers for on-site chat.
- Legal/professional recipients as needed for representation, with confidentiality.
- Legal requirements or business transfers as applicable.

Retention
- Contact/triage: kept as needed to respond and for conflict checks; archived or deleted per firm policy.
- Calendly events: per Calendly plus our calendars/conflict checks.
- AI chat logs: short-term for quality/abuse prevention, then minimized/anonymized where possible.
- Technical logs: short-term for security/ops unless needed for investigations.
Security
HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege practices, monitoring. No system is 100% secure—use only secure channels we provide for sensitive materials.
Your Rights
